On Monday April 4th, join us for a special and memorable evening of Champagne and Caviar – a Nose-to-Tail Sturgeon Dinner at Port City Royal (45 Grannan St., Saint John, NB).
Enjoy this multi-course dinner highlighting different parts of our local sturgeon and caviar. This world-class caviar is sold all around the world and is produced right here on our Kingston Peninsula.

Only 20 spots are available. The cost is $90 per person ($80 for Slow Food members). All proceeds will go to support the new non-profit organization, Slow Food Saint John. Their mission is to promote food that is good, clean and fair for all. Memberships will be offered on site.
