Pamela Cuthbert passed away unexpectedly last month. The many people who met her through her tireless work with Slow Food will miss her dearly.
Pamela founded the Slow Food Toronto Convivium and contributed immensely to the growth of Slow Food in Canada in its early years. She was the editor of all of Slow Food Canada’s printed newsletters and helped coordinate the Slow Food communications in her country.
Slow Food Canada will honor Pamela at the national meeting to be held in April in Montréal.
We will remember her for the wonderful person that she was and will always feel enormous gratitude for her commitment, and for the invaluable meaning she holds for our association.
