This month we were given the opportunity to post on Slow Food USA’s blog. We tried to summarize in a few lines “Who, and what, is Slow Food in Canada?” in hopes of connecting more with our neighbors to the South.
It was no easy task to define everything we do in so little words, but we captured the idea by saying: “The Slow Food movement in Canada is about buying from local farms, growing food at home, cooking, sharing with friends and family. From the land and sea to our tables, we’re one food community from coast to coast celebrating Good, Clean and Fair food for all.”
Do you agree?
